Groups

Groups:

What makes Helping Others Heal exceptional is that the groups we offer are in place to ensure that people do not feel alone. In this life, we can all benefit from support. Our groups are here to help you restore love and wholeness.

After the Affair:

Have you had an affair? Have you learned that your spouse has been unfaithful? I have a great passion for helping couples that have been through infidelity find a way to restore their relationship. Divorce is not the first/only option when a marriage faces difficult times. When you are faced with infidelity and struggling to reconnect, we can help.

Healing Black Women:

This is a group of up to six (6) women that meet weekly for eight (8) weeks to address issues related to the African American experience. The women share their stories related to relationship struggles, sex, abuse, money and self-esteem. Their group peers build a kinship to help one another move to a place of acceptance and healing.

Free to be Loved: Narcissist Recovery Group

Have you experienced an unhealthy relationship where you were not loved in return? Was this deficit in what you received due to being with a person that was emotionally unavailable, self-centered, wounded but wounding you? Did they find it hard to accept who you are, a person with feelings unmet, boundaries they violated and longing for a connection that they could not provide? If you were involved with a narcissist, come and join us to recover from the trauma of being unloved. Group sessions are small and intimate and safe. Six (6) sessions, and a chance to be heard and healed.
